Tips

§ 05 · Tips

Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement, only your elbows should move. Lower the bar slightly behind your head for maximum stretch, and choose a weight that allows you to control the lowering phase.

Lowering the bar slightly behind your head keeps tension on your triceps throughout the entire range of motion.
