    Stand in front of the cable with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and brace your core.

  2. 02

    Grip the ends of the rope with a neutral grip so your palms face each other, and keep your elbows close to your sides.

  3. 03

    Push the rope downward by fully extending your elbows, then squeeze your triceps at the bottom; exhale as you push.

  4. 04

    Return the rope to the starting position under control in 2–3 seconds while inhaling, and avoid swinging your body.
