How to perform

§ 02 · Steps
  1. 01

Stand on the resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart and brace your core.

  2. 02

Grip the ends of the band and bring your hands to your front shoulders in a front rack position, keeping the band taut and your elbows pointing slightly forward.

  3. 03

Lower into a squat with your knees tracking in line with your toes and your chest lifted, until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.

  4. 04

Drive up through your heels and continue the movement into the same upward motion by pressing the band overhead until your arms are straight, without overextending your lower back.

  5. 05

Lower your hands with control back to the front rack position and move into the next repetition.
